Melwood, the University of Washington Information School, and MITRE partnered to launch the Neurodiversity@Work Playbook: Federal Edition, a first-of-its-kind resource designed to help federal agencies recruit, hire, train, and retain neurodivergent talent. Building on the original Autism@Work Playbook, this edition incorporates insights from federal pilots and leading neurodiversity experts to empower agencies to close employment gaps and leverage the unique strengths of neurodiverse professionals. Featuring 11 chapters and practical tools, the Playbook provides actionable strategies specifically worded to help government agencies build and sustain neuroinclusive workplaces, but has useful information for all employers.
